This team fell apart at the end of my project. They sent a worker who took a vacation listening to music, eating, talking on his phone behind the door of my bathroom. I had to actually remove the door! Upon completion, the front of my cabinet had been cut off, countertop overhung cabinet edge too much, areas left uncaulked, backsplash did not meet up to mirror, toilet paper rack was missing, screws to switch plate were missing, mirror was covered with drywall mud, hole in countertop was visible under spigot, wall paint was s... read more
Sharing my yelp review for those who don't use it :) :We had a minor project that a lot of companies didn't even bother to look and give us an estimate. Mark called me within minutes of my yelp request and had someone come out to my house two days later to provide an estimate! Jose showed up early! Most companies give a "window of time" or show up later than expected. Great first impression.
