I'm a life insurance agent and I called this lady because I have new agents who require an ITIN numbers to work with me and before I could even ask she said she wasn't interested in my services. I wanted her services, but not anymore. This establishment is greedy, low in quality service, and the lady should be a shamed. I had 4 new agents requiring ITIN numbers that needed service, and now just potentially lost $800 in service fees for her business.
