Worst customer service I’ve ever had!! I ordered one of the products they carried on Amazon and they just happened to be the seller. I will NEVER EVER support their business due to the way they have handled the situation. Package was returned to the carrier and needed confirmation from the seller before it could be forwarded and they have continuously refused to help. This is a very popular place that is pretty well known. If you have certain conditions, they might have a solution. My wife loves this place. Great service.
Best customer service I have had in a long time!! I have always drove past, as I was a bit intimidated to step in. I am so glad I did. I had a free 30 minutes and made it a point to go there as I knew they provided clean makeup lines which is what I am after these days. Super relaxing environment with amazing knowledgeable staff. Wow, the shipping is so fast and they take care of packaging it up so nicely. I ordered my foundation from LG website and then realized I ordered the wrong version so I looked at Lovely Skin and order the right version. It got here so fast, I still haven't received my original order from LG yet. Way to go Lovely Skin!
