I LOVE Lovely Skin products and services. The team is wonderful about recommendations. Products show up timely and never disappoint. The Lovely Skin brand face creams are fantastic, as formulated by dermatologists. Finally, you can't beat the price points. I could not recommend a company more highly!
Heidi greeted me and assisted with locating samples of the products for me to try on my skin before purchasing. She was honest,knowledgeable and took time for me. She provided wonderful service.
Noah and team went above and beyond to help me and feel welcome and that no question was silly. The knowledge within this store is absolutely priceless.
I call lovely skin because I believed that there was a mix up on my order. The lady that picked up did not even mention an apology and was not being relatable— not a single bit. It does not cost you anything to be a bit sympathetic. She persisted that she was right and did not seem to really care. So pretty much, time wasted with an associate that does not care about the concerns of a customer. Furthermore, I get my product that was wrapped in plastic, no not a box, and it seems to be stained.
