I. Have been ordering for a few years. It only took about 4 days now. The process has doubled and I still have not received my order.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had!! I ordered one of the products they carried on Amazon and they just happened to be the seller. I will NEVER EVER support their business due to the way they have handled the situation. Package was returned to the carrier and needed confirmation from the seller before it could be forwarded and they have continuously refused to help. I've been purchasing my dermatologist grade skincare from LovelySkin online since 2010. It is basically the only place I will buy my products because of them being a trusted authorized retailer of the brands I need. They frequently offer discount codes, which saves me alot of money, especially since my local dermatologist never offer these brands on sale. Wow, the shipping is so fast and they take care of packaging it up so nicely. I ordered my foundation from LG website and then realized I ordered the wrong version so I looked at Lovely Skin and order the right version. It got here so fast, I still haven't received my original order from LG yet. Way to go Lovely Skin!
