I went in for a simple eyebrow cleanup and made it very clear that I was trying to grow my brows out and make them thicker. Unfortunately, they were still over-thinned, which was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. On top of that she burned my upper lip. I was too shy to say anything in the moment, but I left feeling really disappointed and unsatisfied with the result. It’s my fault for going after a prior bad experience but hey don’t be like me.
I don't even have to look in the mirror when she is finished, that's how much I trust this place! Great and friendly service. The place is also very clean!
Best shop for eyebrows and full face hair removal! They do a great job every time! I won’t go anywhere else!
Don’t know basics. I can do a better job watching video than the person who worked on. Burned skin didn’t do minimum.
