They REUSE the same stick when waxing eyebrows which in case you didn’t know they should be changing it EVERYTIME they dip it into the wax. I can only imagine the pubic hair in that wax heater from other peoples waxes. EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC! I had to stop getting pedicures from them because my nails splitting from them filing too much even though I specifically ask for a soak off. Would not recommend this place.

This was my first time going to Lovely Nails and Spa. I had a very nice first visit with Jojo she was very knowledgeable in her craft and did an amazing job on my gel French manicure. My gel manicure lasted for greater than a month. I highly recommend this institution and Jojo is an excellent nail technician. I will definitely be returning here for my next appointment.

They took us 30 minutes late for an appointment. One technician was doing my nails, my sisters and another woman’s all at the same time. They absolutely did not provide us with the attention or quality that you would expect paying $38 for a gel manicure. That’s absurd. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I watched her do my pedicure and there was no care to make sure they were cut and shaped properly. When I tried to speak up for myself and share that my nails were unevenly cut; she lied and said that I cut my toe nail when I did not touch them because I knew I wanted to get them done nicely for my birthday.
