They took us 30 minutes late for an appointment. One technician was doing my nails, my sisters and another woman’s all at the same time. They absolutely did not provide us with the attention or quality that you would expect paying $38 for a gel manicure. That’s absurd. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I watched her do my pedicure and there was no care to make sure they were cut and shaped properly. When I tried to speak up for myself and share that my nails were unevenly cut; she lied and said that I cut my toe nail when I did not touch them because I knew I wanted to get them done nicely for my birthday. I used to go to this salon regularly but had to take a break. I really loved the work they did. It was the only nail salon that ever did my nails the way I like. So when it was my birthday last week I decided to get my nails done. The lady rushed through my nails because and appointment she had showed up late. I thought it was fine but within 4 days I had broken 2 nails. And now a week later I have lost another two nails. I was scratching my head lightly and they popped off. And now the cuticles on my right hand look callous... read more
