I used to go to this salon regularly but had to take a break. I really loved the work they did. It was the only nail salon that ever did my nails the way I like. So when it was my birthday last week I decided to get my nails done. The lady rushed through my nails because and appointment she had showed up late. I thought it was fine but within 4 days I had broken 2 nails. And now a week later I have lost another two nails. I was scratching my head lightly and they popped off. I used to love this place however I will not be back. The women who did my nails stopping the service to FaceTime and text. It made me feel uncomfortable. Then when it came time to pay the service is usually 38$ but she told me I had to pay via Venmo only and had to pay 45$? I asked her why when I was in a week ago it was 38, she didn’t understand me.

So my nails was damaged and I asked her questions about it and she really helped me with a good service that I really loved I’m definitely coming back

My experience at, Lovely Nails And Spa with JoJo, was exceptional and very welcoming. Which is why I will definitely come back.
