Don't come to the cess pool.They use dirty tools. I asked the tech 5 times to get me sanitized tools. She ignored me. I got up and left. I wouldnt give this "business" a star at all if I could

Don't go here ever, this was our 2nd time since this management tool over. The mean lady, the one that never smiles, did a horrible job. Hurting one of my daughters toes, if their is an infection, look for the Health Dept. Her and the other technician talk about the owner horribly. That's bad business, I thought you were kindred. You don't full service with the mean one. Without our money, you will go out of business. Why Cheat us out of our money? We work too.

I am COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with this shop. I have been here years before and loved them. I moved to another city and drove 45 min to come and get mine and my daughter's nails done. Not only did the technician not give me what I asked for, she argued with me for about 10 min about it AND THEN told me "not everything is perfect". I did not tip the technician as I saw this as poor customer service only to find out today on my credit card statement that they added their own $10.00 tip!!!!!!! I used to come here all the time. I came today since under NEW MANAGEMENT and they did a horrible job. I left very unsatisfied not mention they hiked prices up. The quality is horrible...
