I contacted the salon on a Monday and asked for a Friday appointment. The man I spoke to said they had availability at 5:00. I politely asked if there was anything earlier to which he responded "If there was an earlier appointment I would have told you". Very rude in his response. I asked for an appointment on Thursday to which he said there was nothing. I asked for an appointment for Wednesday to which he said there was nothing. I will go elsewhere as the customer service is clearly lacking at this establishment.
