Worse than one star. Horrible experience, did a terrible job on my nails, and management is completely unprofessional and rude. The owner told me he could do something, but towards the end of the appointment, he lets me know that he's not able to do what I showed him after he assured me twice that he could. I gave him the opportunity to fix the situation because I was not happy at all with the way they looked and the fact that he lied to me. I went to Jenny in her old place and have gone to her for 10 yrs. She has become big headed and not polite to me since she went up the ladder in her new SO HILLS shop. I have tried to make appts. and can't get in so I usually walk in and say I don't mind waiting. She ALWAYS has the same thing to say "you have to wait 2 hrs." when in fact I have said I'd take anyone and look around and some of the technicians are almost finished and wouldn't need 2 more hours so I waited in my car and saw the customers leave and didn't have m... read more

I love love going to lovely nails. They are wonderful plus it seems like there's last the longest and priced good for the quality. It's so relaxing in there and VERY VERY CLEAN!!!!!
This place is wonderful! I came in as a group of three and we didn't have to wait long at all. We got mani pedis, and everyone was very satisfied. The price is pretty low all things considered, and I got a free flower design on my toes! I highly recommend this place, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Bad service. Waited forever and then others walk in door and immediately get service. Then they say don't know you were waiting.......isn't that why I signed in???
Jenny( the manager) is the best in Charleston. She does an excellent job every time!!!!
My sisters and I have been going to Jenny for 7 years who is the owner of this shop. ....I love her and the shop would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs their nails done....I have never left the shop unsatisfied nor has my sisters......we love lovely nails
This is a nice looking place but I was not at all impressed with my pedicure. The guy who did mine got a lot of nail polish on my toes and didn't clean it up. It looked so bad that I just reprinted them again when I got home. I would not recommend going here for a pedicure
