My daughter and I have been going to Lovely Nails for about 3 years. It was always an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone was super nice and did a fantastic job. Now that new management has come in, the vibe is totally different. Management is always looking over their shoulders, and it feels like the techs are pressured to do as many people as they can.
