Not leaving a bad review to bash the business but to warn others. I went in for a builder gel soak off and acrylic overlay. I sat down and she used cuticle nippers to rip one of them off and ripped the end of my natural ( very healthy) nail off, I had to make her drill and soak the rest off and she seemed annoyed. She cut 6/10 fingers and way over drilled my cuticles to the point they were burning when she wiped them with alcohol.
