I’ll never return! Walked in as a first time patron asking to get my toddlers nails polished. Some rude lady rolls her eyes huffs and puffs and says “is she even gonna sit still” I left and did not spend my $. You could have asked if it’s her first time or something more polite because you were rude and could NEVER get any of my $$…however she gets her nails done every 2 weeks just like others 🙄

Worst pedicure and customer service! I walked in and asked for pedicure. She responds what color, I said I wasn’t sure she said go pick from wall… so I did. Sat down and the guys just starts, never asked what kind. The 3 min massage I got was so hard that it was painful. When he painted my toes I asked if it was gel due to me asking for gel and he said no. I tried to be nice and just let him finish. I came in for a soak off, full set, and pedicure, and from the moment I walked in the energy felt off. There was no proper greeting—just gestures and a rushed, dismissive tone. When I sat down, the technician immediately started telling me what she was going to do instead of asking what I wanted. I clearly explained that I only wanted my natural nails cut down slightly and to replace the broken ones with tips.
