I wish I had read these reviews before going into this place of business. Two of my sisters, my niece and I were visiting St. Louis for Memorial Day Weekend celebrating our oldest sister's birthday. Our brother told us about this place. I was extremely unhappy with how the nail tech used a fake nail to put dipping powder on my nails instead of placing my fingers into the powder solution. Honestly no idea why I came back here. I mean, the fact that it's close enough for me to walk to doesn't even justify me coming back lol. Below basic customer service skills, subpar nail artists, lack of nail health knowledge and practice, a weird smell, there's this light that I guess is always flickering because it was doing this over month ago when I came. The person who did my child’s manicure caused real damage to her cuticles. The polish on the nails was uneven and was not smooth at all. We will not spend money here again.
Poor Service. Inattentive nail tech.
