After coming in with my friend after work we were both hoping to get a full set of acrylic nails but honestly the whole experience left us both really uncomfortable and disappointed. What makes it worse is that, from reading other reviews, it seems like people have had good experiences here—which only makes us feel even more singled out. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel like people should be aware. I paid $75 for what are honestly the worst nails I’ve ever had. The service itself was terrible from start to finish. My nails came out super thick, all different shapes, and there was even acrylic left stuck underneath one of my nails. Within a DAY, they were already breaking way too easily. My friend who went with me had the same issue—thick, uneven nails, and hers were short, which somehow made them look even worse.
