Love this salon and Lynn. Been going there for years and never want to change
This would have been a second time going to Lovely Nails since I moved here and again disappointed on the way that the tech did my nails was in a hurry to finish them did not even compare to the picture that I show her
I had a disappointing experience at Lovely Nails. I went in for a simple pedicure, but things didn’t go smoothly. When I sat down, the technician immediately started drilling off my polish. I had to tell her it was regular polish, not gel. The pedicure felt rushed, and attention to detail was lacking. At checkout, I asked to leave a 10% tip, but the man at the counter entered a $10 tip instead, more than 20%, without confirming with me.
