I was in the nail salon recently & had the worst experience with my nails. I've been going there for about 10 years when Tony the owner was there & I never had a problem. They have a sign in the window that says they open at 9:00am, but the new owner Kim doesn't get there until 9:30 or 9:45. Then when she does get in, she takes another 10 to 15 minutes to settle in.
