This place has poor service and terrible customer treatment. They also lack professionalism, and to top it all off, the quality is very bad.
Multiple unhappy experiences. Today being the last time I will ever deal with them. I called in today to ask a quick question about pricing. They answered quickly, a man answered and I asked my question. There was some noise then a woman got on and said to repeat my question which I did, and she started talking and it didnt make any sense because it didnt pertain to my question. I normally do not read or write reviews. After several disappointing visits I decided to read and write a review. I am just like some of the others that have had bad service. I have had nails not the same length, incorrect shape, not the same thickness of acrylic/dip, shapes that are not the same/uneven. It doesnt seem like what you want done matters more you get what you get. If I want dip then I don't want someone trying to convince me to get shellac/gel.
