I normally do not read or write reviews. After several disappointing visits I decided to read and write a review. I am just like some of the others that have had bad service. I have had nails not the same length, incorrect shape, not the same thickness of acrylic/dip, shapes that are not the same/uneven. It doesnt seem like what you want done matters more you get what you get. If I want dip then I don't want someone trying to convince me to get shellac/gel. Been bothering me all day how I was treated with my daughter. Especially since it was to be a special time right before I gave birth, literally went because we are overdue. The pedicure was amazing, lady from Guatemala was superb! Excellent massage. However the younger gentleman cut me several times, was very rough, grabby, and wanted to give me two different color nails when I asked for French tip with dip, and he didnt want to paint the white.
