My 11 year old daughter on the spot wanted to get nails done && honestly I don’t like to get my nails done on the spot , walk in kind of deal…. I have to say, the owner (I think) beautiful respectful woman, showed my daughter & I so much care , the moment we walked in. The ladies working along with her, I seen their work, I am just so pleased with all of them. Excellent hair salon experience! The staff was welcoming, polite, and very professional. My stylist carefully listened to my preferences and delivered a stylish, clean haircut that suits me perfectly. The salon was neat, modern, and relaxing. I’m very happy with the result and highly recommend this place to others!
My standards are usually pretty low when it comes to nails. I’m not too picky . But this experience was awful. It took two hours just to do acrylic french tips. I told you I didn’t like the base coat and that it was too dark but she told me it was fine and preceded to put the top coat over. Not to mention she made my cuticle bleed then. All my nails have different shapes. They also made my nails look 2 weeks already grown out 🤦♀️ I’ve never been so upset with my nails before.
Service was horrible, asks for 3 full acrylic sets and did not get that. I got the gel set which i did not ask for and was told its better. I showed a picture of what I wanted which has been previously done there and was given something different the lady said it would be much prettier her way. My girls ended up her dip powder instead of acrylic which is not what they asked for. When I was done I asked if I could pay my bill while my girls finished up.
