Multiple unhappy experiences. Today being the last time I will ever deal with them. I called in today to ask a quick question about pricing. They answered quickly, a man answered and I asked my question. There was some noise then a woman got on and said to repeat my question which I did, and she started talking and it didnt make any sense because it didnt pertain to my question. I went to get schlack manicure and I left bleeding, with bumpy nails, and with my nails catching on any fabric due to no filing. The person did not talk to me or ask me about shape or anything, instead they would aggressively tap or hit my hand to get me to move or switch. They acted like my friend and I were a bother when no one else was there. It really was sad when they cut me and didn’t even say sorry and man it hurts!!
