I said “yes, to the dress” on Saturday! Lovely Bride had such a wide variety of dresses to choose from. Kate my stylist was absolutely amazing. She let me try on multiple dresses and while my appointment was at 5 we didn’t leave there until 730. She was so patient with me and all 6 people I brought along. I was lucky enough to find my dress at Lovely Bride! I went to the store 2 times. I had a favorite from my first visit and it was the dress to beat. I went to several other stores and came back to try it on again and knew it was the one. I asked for the same stylist, Sam when I went back. Sam was AMAZING. She was so helpful and had amazing energy, I wanted her to be my new bestie. Thank you so much Sam and Lovely Bride!
I had a very disappointing experience with Lovely Bride’s appointment cancellation policy. I scheduled my appointment on Sunday, August 24 at 9:40 PM and my credit card was subsequently charged $50 for the appointment scheduling fee. The next morning (Monday, August 25) I found a dress and reached out via email to cancel my appointment and receive reimbursement for my scheduling deposit. I received no reply to my email. Had the best experience at Lovely Bridal with Kalyn! She made me feel so comfortable, beautiful, and heard. They are understanding and honest. I could not have asked for a better place to purchase my wedding dress!! Would 100% recommend to all
Kate was the highlight of our experience here! She was so kind and encouraging and everything you’d want in a bridal stylist. She created a welcoming environment and we had the time of our lives trying on dresses here! They had a great selection and were inclusive of all in the group, we really liked how we walked around to see the dresses to start the appointment. I can’t recommend this place enough!
