After my daughter booked an appointment over a month ago on July 19th, she received an emotionless email this evening advising her they canceled it and she’d receive a refund in a few days. I live out of town as does our Bride’s sister and our flights were booked. A complete inconvenience and I hope we’re able to change flights although there will be a change fee.
