Katie the manager was so amazing in helping me find my dress! She’s very professional, kind, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. When I needed a day to sleep on my decision she reassured me that whatever I needed to do would be the right choice for me. The next day I reached back out and decided it was the one! I just said yes to the dress at Lovely and Katie was my stylist. This was my first ever appointment and she was AMAZING! She instantly made me comfortable and listened to my vision and brought it to life. I wouldn't have had it any other way, such a stress free and great experience.
We had a fabulous time trying on dresses with Jaliyah! She was very accommodating and thoughtful in the selection she picked. The shop itself has a wonderful setup and great lighting. I highly recommend coming here!

My experience shopping here was deeply disappointing, and I am heartbroken that my wedding dress was not the dream gown I had envisioned.
