Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 2pm on Friday and I cancelled it on Tuesday at 6 pm because I unfortunately was not able to make it and they were still able to fill the spot according to the associate so they didn’t lose on business and yet I was charged a $50 cancellation fee because they said there is a 72 hour policy and I was only 4 hours away from that limit. Halley was amazing helping me find the perfect dress! I feel like we became best friends instantly. She was so helpful and sweet throughout the whole process. I came in not knowing anything about dresses or what I was looking for. She really helped guide me throughout the whole process. I was lucky enough the first dress she pulled was the one I picked. I had the best experience at Lovely Bride and found my dream dress! Savannah was amazing! This was my third appointment of the day and I was feeling a little defeated before I arrived. Lovely Bride changed that immediately, it’s such a gorgeous space and Savannah was so kind, helpful and great at her job. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough and am so happy with my dress!

I was lucky enough to find my wedding dress during my first bridal appointment — all thanks to Lovely Bride! I decided to come here because they carry a specific designer that I was interested in, and my consultant, Julia, was incredibly helpful in helping me find the perfect dress for me. She fully understood what I liked and what I didn’t, and she steered me in the exact direction I needed to help me land on “the one.” I highly recommend brides-to-be come to Lovely! I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience.
