My whole experience here was a DREAM. My stylist Halley was so sweet, encouraging, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She listened to my feedback, knew exactly what I was thinking, and pulled the perfect dress for me. Cant say enough good things about this place!!!
The staff at this store were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. As someone who felt overwhelmed and stressed about finding the right dress, their calm and reassuring presence made all the difference. They never pressured me, and instead offered thoughtful, practical feedback that I truly appreciated—things like how the dress would feel while sitting, whether I could comfortably stand close to my partner, and even whether I could use the bathroom on my own. After many different places, I finally found my dress here! They had a large selection and good variety within each style of dress. My stylist Alex was a joy to have and helped me find what spoke to me. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to any bride looking for their perfect dress!!
Alex and Julie were both great to work with! Alex was stylist I had and she was amazing! Very personable and great with bringing me gowns I would have never tried on, on my own. She was very patient with my crazy group I brought with me. Had such a blast at Lovely back in May. Historically I've found shopping for formal wear depressing and often would end up in tears. (Its a 50/50 whether my size is carried in physical stores). So, I was worried about dress shopping. I was relieved to find Lovely Bride carries my size AND it had the dress I was coveting.
