Scheduled an appointment specifically for a consult with service afterward. Confirmed this before scheduling because I have an extremely busy schedule. Got caught up with work & got there late, 1:52 vs 1:45, 1:54 when est. walked me to the room. She said she knew nothing about a service afterward & kept talking over me when I mentioned it.
