we bought our Everest new from Fords Geelong, they would not help us get the GCM upgrade that we wanted for pre-registration, seen Matt at Lovells Geelong could not be more helpful, we pick up the car on the Thursday went to Lovells that afternoon he explained what they were prepared to do, booked the car for the next Monday, one day turn around, the ride is better than factory, I was so impressed that I'm taking my ranger in to get the same thing done, and the price was good worth the money.
