I had a dime size rock to the windshield issue. I was not expecting it to disappear when they drove to my home to repair it. I cannot believe it, but it cannot be seen at all. Amazing work, extremely professional, amazingly reasonable. 👏 Thank you for restoring my faith in fantastic customer service.

A rock hit my windshield so I went to Lovell’s bc it was highly rated. Made same day appointment. I was greeted and promptly started the repair. The crack was so small that the resin would not fill the crack so I was told they were going to patch it up so there would be no worries of spreading but I was not going to be charged for the patch 🤯 I offered to pay something bc it was still their time and admin costs but nope payment was not accepted. I will definitely use them again when I need windshield repair or replacement.
