Great service throughout. Collected the car quickly (the next day) and through a time which suited me best. Kept me in the loop of every step via online portal, email and phone calls. Within 2 weeks the car was delivered back to my home address effectively and damage free. This was a breeze.
The only reason there is a star is because it won't let me leave a review without it. This has got to be the most unprofessional, disorganized, worst insurance repair shop in the country. 22/11/23. Wife had an accident in her car, minor damage but the coolant system was damaged so the car was recovered to Lovells in Peterborough. Car repaired but they didn't know how to put the new coolant in so the car wasn't ready until 22/03/24. Avoid at all costs. The guys have estimated my car to be a total loss (although it is not their decision to make) for which reason did not provide me with a replacement car. Two days later when an independent engineer (a qualified person to do the job) inspected the car, they approved the repair with no problems. I would NOT rate these any stars !!!! Do not waste your money !! Dropped off my car had to chase and chase to find out what they was doing Always was told we will call you back by the end of the day on more than 1 occasion Not only that I’ve asked for my seats to be protected as they are light coloured and suede they have absolutely ruined them with dirt I have made a formal complaint
