Longest project ever. Took over 2 years to get permit and work done. Too many promises broken. Don’t trust any verbal promises get it in writing and then it may not happen. Poor communication. From all. Not a company i would recommend if you want it done right and on budget.

I made a big mistake by recommending Lovell Marine Constuction Co. to my friend who lives in Pompano. They hired Lovell Marine Constuction Co. to repair and raise the seawall to the new code. In 2023, the company took their down payment and after over a year the company has not started the work. It is one excuse after another with start dates that keep getting pushed further and further out. It is getting to a point where legal action is being considered. I will never recommend this company again or to anyone.

Had a very poor experience with Lovell Marine, unfortunately. I signed a contract with them to do a job for $2,500 and paid it upfront, as not only did their team assure me everything was included, but the fine print of the contract listed everything was to be done as part of the $2,500. After the job was finished, I was then sent a bill for over $5,000 in addition to the $2,500! Worked for these dubious people for 4.5 years, Bill Lovell is a pathological Liar and Thief. Percillia Fletcher knows nothing of the Marine Construction field what so ever Under no circumstance allow this company on your property. You will regret it.
