The customers service is nil I had a 1.30 appointment and i didn’t get called in till 2.40. Afterwards the tech bruised my gum badly while she was taking pictures of my tooth I complained and she never cared nor did she apologise. Overall the service altogether is nil, zero🥵
My kids love coming here. The entire staff is friendly and caring. We use to fight about going to the dentist, but at Lovell Dental, there is no fight, the kids are comfortable and happy. Definitely the best dentist in the Basin as far as we are concerned.
