I visited this salon based on a referral, though it came with a caveat I now wish I had taken more seriously. The person who recommended it did mention that the stylist’s personality could be off-putting, but they were happy with how their hair turned out, so I decided to give it a try. From the moment I arrived, on time and with an appointment, I felt unwelcome. Looking back, I regret not turning around and leaving then.
