Had Covid swab test on June 30. Told me result back in 5 to 7 days. I called them, they have no record. They double billed my insurance company. I've sent message to CareFirst via their corporate website asking them to assure this isn't a scam, but have gotten no reply. CareFirst Urgent Care : oxymoron

I went there over two weeks ago and had the covid test done and STILL DO NOT HAVE RESULTS. I called and checked on it once and they didn’t have any results in. So I’ve just been waiting and two weeks later, no call. I do NOT recommend this urgent care.... definitely not for covid testing.
my fiance and I drove 45 minutes to this office to get tested for corona... they said results would be back in 3 to 5 days. We got tested on a Sunday. I called that friday because I hadn't heard anything from them. First they charged our insurances even though its supposed to be free.. they said they were still pending. Okay so I called monday. This Urgent care has completely dropped the ball on my wife’s Covid-19 testing. After she was tested on a Saturday and was told by the urgent care that her results should be returned possibly Monday but Tuesday most likely at the latest and to self quarantine until the lab results got back. We called every day following to try and get her results, every day we were given the stock answer of 3-5 days, most of the time without taking her name or information and just brushing us off. RecommendedI called this week to inquire about covid 19 antibody testing. The woman on the phone was super polite and helpful. I indicated the test was for my son~who is on the autism spectrum. She candidly said, "we can try". I brought him in today since she mentioned the availability of a medical assistant to help. We came in, waited for a few minutes, got right in, and despite the hesitation to treat since he is a minor, they agreed to try. He did amazing and the staff is fast, helpful and kind.
