I would like the staff to have the patients wait in their cars when the patient is sitting in the small office coughing out a lung from their mouth.... Or better yet, patients/ppl show some common sense and don't go here. They are not good w the new evening staff.
Me and my wife went to get a Covid test. Took them almost a week to get my results back. But they are holding my wife results. She lost her job because they called her a liar about being sick!!

RecommendedHad a rapid test for covid done Sunday and they were very kind, non judge mental, and didn’t make me feel like a leper 😂😂 keep up the good work!
I've never encountered a more rude receptionist in my life. She was taking the people who signed in after me before me. I sat there an hour and 20 minutes. Then she snaps and ask what kind of covid test I am here for.i told her I didn't know there was a difference. I am not a nurse. Will never go there again and do not recommend them to anyone... especially anyone who is sick. Her music was making my head pound too.
They don't answer calls from patient or pharmacy. Subscribed a cream for $2K..... hydrocortisone 🤦 Guy at front desk had terrible attitude. I ran back and forth from the pharmacy to urgent care for 2 hrs. I do not recommend this location

The company which owns caste first owns several locations in Ohio and NONE of them agree answering their phones. People are waiting their Covid test results.
