Had an 80 gallon electric water go out on a Friday morning. Made several calls to local plumbing contractors that morning, 5-Star was there first but I said I would be undecided until the other quotes came in. No other quotes were comparable in terms of the quality of the product, cost of installation, or the warranty. Was able to schedule first thing on Saturday morning. GUILLERMO is amazing and did a wonderful job fixing my toilet. Unfortunately the damage is a lot more and requires a carpenter but at least the issue that caused all the problems has been rectified!
