Kind and helpful staff, great care team, and a wonderfully kid centered atmosphere. Staff was very upfront about payment options and insurance, dental hygienist and dentist were very informative and made sure we understood treatment plans/care and what to expect during the visit. Care was delivered in a timely manner, with minimal wait times. My 2yr old son couldn't have had a better experience. They made him feel comfortable and offered plenty of breaks. Scheduling was easy.
They will kick you out of their practice for missing an appointment… even if you have an unfortunate bout of family deaths
I brought my 7 and 5 year old here yesterday for the first time, and they had a great experience! The hygienist took the time to explain each step to my kiddos so they felt comfortable. My 7 year old is Autistic and they made sure to give him a private room so he wouldn’t be overwhelmed or overstimulated. It was nice to go somewhere that was so accommodating! And the staff was very friendly! I would absolutely recommend them!
This practice is set up for maximum throughput with little deference to patient comfort. The sign in is a QR code. Impersonal, but if it works then fine. I told the practice ahead of time that my 2 year old son is quite sensitive and doesn't do well with brushing his teeth. This was his first dentist appointment ever.
