As much as I love the convenience and the people working, the woman who helps with answering the phones, taking payments at the front desk and sort of moves around the salon, has knee jerk reactions and an attitude if you ever question their services. I cannot say enough good things about Loveland Nail and Spa and my favorite nail tech, Angela. She is always on point with my nails, ensuring they look absolutely perfect every time. Today, Angela went above and beyond to make accommodations for me while I received a deluxe pedicure with gel nails and a manicure with overlay nails and gel polish.
