Doctor order not to get up without help. Big signs all over the place "call don't fall". Wife called for help to go to the bathroom, they said someone will be right there. Showed up an hour later needless to say they were a little late. Nurse finally showed up said her chart says she can get up. needless to say we were very upset snd the nurse reponse did nothing to make it better. Another nurse told her to call for help. Her IV alarm went off for an hour or more no one checked to see the problem. No one even stuck their he... read more

Do not take anyone here. Nurses will take 15 minutes to answer emergency call button, IVS will bleed and they will re tape it, labs will get messed up, not once but TWICE. If I could give this hospital a rating of zero I would. You walk by patients' rooms and hear them screaming for a nurses help. Not to mention a nurse won't help immediately but will be here every hour in the middle of the night when patients are trying to get some sort of sleep. Do not take anyone you care about here. Horrible place. Nurses don't care enou... read more

Highly Recommend Dr Friedstorm. Through my sickness of (at first we did know what it was) multiple results, ended up being Histoplasmosis, Dr Friedstrom stayed totally engaged until is was solved, saved my life. Tried may drugs, some of which were the regular first line drugs to try which made me worse, my fever went up to 105F. We eventually found a drug (Cresemba (isavuconazonium sulfate) which was not certified for Histoplasmosis as as first line drug but could be a follow up maintenance drug, which worked on the first... read more

I visited your outpatient Lab on the first floor of Clifton Good Sam on Saturday June 28 about 9:45 AM. The Phlebotomist who provided services for me was excellent. I have had a few issues with blood draws in recent years. The woman working with me listened calmly and she drew my blood quickly and efficiently and it was clear she had listened to my input. This morning I was already unable to even see where she drew the blood. Thanks, I sure wish I recalled her name because it truly was a pleasure.

I have unfortunately had to be in numerous ER facilities for many years due to a family member's acute situation. I have NEVER seen such an abominable, dehumanizing and uncaring situation in a US ER as I did today at Good Samaritan in Cincinnati. People with SERIOUS healthcare issues were waiting over SIX HOURS to even get into an ER exam room. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, no matter what the issues or circumstances. This is third world quality care. DON'T EVER GO TO GOOD SAM CINCINNATI FOR EMERGENCY CARE. You may just... read more

My first and last appointment was terrible. Due to the language barrier I had initial trouble understanding him, then after hearing the terms "mid-wife" and how far along are you I realized he was making fun of my large abdomen. I can handle this criticism but I was there to discuss my cancer, after several minutes of this crap I asked him about the recent chest x-ray I had and he said, "You're OK". Having researched his history, especially the litigation from the Cincinnati area I am extremely surprised he has found a ho... read more

I’ve never had such a horrible medical experience as we did with Dr. Davis. In the fall, my husband and I took our one week old in for a newborn checkup. We knew nothing about the place or the doctors, just read the reviews we saw at the time and were told, by the office, that they took our insurance. Front desk and nurses were kind, but Dr. Davis had us leaving, absolutely disgusted. He started with routine questions, and asked if I was bottle or breastfeeding. I explained that it was both, because I was trying to exclusiv... read more
