If I could rate this place lower than one I would. We booked our trip online, showed up and checked in. Got told we would be put on a bus in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, they told us that our trip was cancelled. This was never communicated to us from the staff, if we didn’t ask we would’ve continued to sit there and waste our time. How it’s past 3pm and none of the other places that would’ve put us on the river are closed. Thanks a lot BRITTNEY is the worst and wanted to go home early.
