This place is a joke. We drove over an hour away and scheduled days before for us to get there and no one was even there this morning. We were scheduled before 10am. We were sent an email that said to come back at 12 because the condition of the water. We came back at 11:40am for them to tell us we had to come back even later. Our scheduled time got delayed but no one else's did. Their communication sucks and obviously even if you schedule and prepay it's not guaranteed. Dont even waste your time on this place.

We absolutely loved our trip down The Little Miami with Loveland Paddlesports. Super easy to reserve. Very organized, easy check-in and flexibility of time line. Highly recommend!!!!! Saw deer, turtles, Kingfisher, Blue Herons, fish and lots of refreshing nature.

We drove 12 hours from Owasso Ok to purchase a mostly unavailable Old Town Next canoe. A boat Mark had and we had been searching for everywhere. He met us and opened early so we could get back on the road. He went out of his way to support us in loading/securing the canoe and offered multiple straps etc if we had needed them. He also upgraded the life vest that came with the boat. Just a super guy and super experience. Highly recommend Loveland Canoe & Kayak. Thank you Mark!

Great experience kayaking on the 5 mile trip. It took us about 3 hours. Life vests were provided, help getting the kayaks out of the water was appreciated. The staff were all very friendly. We had such a great time that next time we'll do the longer trip :)
