Chip came out to estimate the cost to replace my back porch screening and screen doors. He was personable and transparent with extensive knowledge in construction, he said that he would send an estimate in a couple of days, and low and behold he did. I'm thankful to have met Chip Lovelady at the B'ham Home and Garden Show earlier this year. I needed almost all of my windows replaced, 38 total, and his prices were so much more reasonable than another competitor who quoted using the same window.
