The medical procedure which I received at Lovelace could not have gone better! Even the results were good. I was fortunate to have Lynn both as my prep nurse and my post op nurse. Her comforting words and demeanor made me very relaxed prior to going to the operating room. She and the others, the operating physician and the anesthesiologist and other assistants, were very professional and capable. I can almost say I enjoyed the experience.
The lady at front desk where you check in was ride and unwelcoming for my 1st time being there . The doctor and other staff were nice...

Dr. Coyne is great, staff is friendly.
The doctor is great but the receptionist is absolutely awful. You guys need to get rid of her. Every bad review on here is about her. Get rid of the bad apple.
