Dont try to call. Was on hold for over an hour and decided to drive to location just to confirm an appointment. When I arrived, there was one lady and no phones were ringing. She was not apologetic at the fact I was still on hold while she was talking to me. Goes to show, we're nothing but a dollar bill. To this servicer.
I have a good experience with Dr. Fernandez and the staff. Everyone was find and explained what was going on. I highly recommend them.
They never never ever answer the phone! I don't know how a hospital can operate with no phone service. I spent 43 minutes on 3 different calls to try to get a fax number. No one to talk to, just listening to a recording of all of the services they offer. But, you can't access any of these services if no one answers the phone.
The medical procedure which I received at Lovelace could not have gone better! Even the results were good. I was fortunate to have Lynn both as my prep nurse and my post op nurse. Her comforting words and demeanor made me very relaxed prior to going to the operating room. She and the others, the operating physician and the anesthesiologist and other assistants, were very professional and capable. I can almost say I enjoyed the experience.
