Always awful to call. They leave you waiting for 20 minutes before answering and then when you get someone, they treat you like it's no big deal. I returned the doctors phone call and the girl was arguing about me trying to reach or even leave the doctor a message. Then she was giving me medical advice, so I informed her she is not qualified to give patients advice. I stated would only accept an Rn or doctors advice. Today 3/17/25 I've been on hold for over an hour! Awful
Everyone was so kind and comforting. Tonya, Brian, Dr. Farrer (and the after care nurses name escapes me) were exceptional! Yes, there’s a wait, but when you think about what they are doing, each patient has very different needs. Would you want this type of a procedure to be rushed? Some patients have a lot to be removed and some have none. Some patients wake up immediately after the procedure, some take more time. The entire team was VERY impressive and so good at communicating before, during and after care.

Called needing to reschedule a procedure. Took me over 2 hours with 5 transfers, all to the wrong number until I searched and found one that worked myself. When I finally reached the right person, they were rude, interrupted and talked over me, then acted as if I was the one being rude (I wasn't). The "Patient Advocate" system is a farce- it's a voicemail that never gets answered.
Horrible experience, stay away.
