I had an appointment today with Julie farrer and was hoping to get more exams or studies done but basically got told we will put you on a medicine and that I was good to go ...even though I had reported new symptoms that where worrisome to me still no help or care to further investigate whats going on with me or to see if there's been any changes
Waited over 9 months for an appointment and then told that the doctor would not be in the office. Tried to return the call to reset the appointment and was on hold for over 16 minutes. It is apparent to me that Loveless do not care about the well being of their patients. I guess one has to be on their deathbed to be seen by a GI doctor. I will never recommend Lovelace to anyone I care about. !
I had a great experience with this group. Everyone was extremely friendly and before I left I needed a few follow up appointments for which the staff waited with me until they were fully completed with the different groups over the phone. Great people.
The GI lab is the best team in the whole hospital. From Dr Hernandez, the nurses, and the techs Ernie Ortiz the charge nurse runs an exceptional unit. Thank you all for caring for me when I went in for my procedure.
Rubbish experience w PA Jessica Ryder. I waited over a year for this appointment. She told me it didn’t sound like I had a healthy diet and that I shouldn’t eat skittles. I never mentioned skittles and cook all my foods and listed out the ingredients I typically use and she just didn’t listen. Didn’t take into account my family history either. Waste of my time and I will be going somewhere else. Also spent nearly an hour in the waiting room.
