I went there via ambulance. EMTs were great taking me there. I had a horrible nurse named Remi. I was there for 48 hours in the ER. I was awaiting surgery. Anesthesia came in and was sloppy. Didn’t care to examine me after I told him it was hard for doctors to intubate me and didn’t care about previous problems with anesthesia. He just said anesthesia will do what anesthesia will do. **~UPDATE TO REPLY~** Contacting anybody in any of the higher departments almost never resulted in the issues even being investigated. There is virtually no point in reaching out via email with hope just to receive another pre generated response. It was mentioned before of myself having been a former employee. Horrible nurses. Anesthesia acted untrustworthy. So glad I asked to leave. Never again this place. If I have a kidney stone I will just scream in my pillow. They gave me things I am allergic to that are on my list.

My son was admitted into emergency room today. He has stage 4 cancer he is hypoglycemic and has a heart murmur. The only kept them there for an hour and discharged them stating on his discharge papers that he had refused treatment and evaluation. Which was a big fat lie. They took blood work x-rays they didn't even have them on an IV and they never told us his results or x-ray just discharged them.
