Just came back from their ER. My pain was not addressed to any extent nor where my concerns properly listened to. I had to come home with continuous pain thats been increasing and told just take Benadryl. While reading my patient summary they did not list all of my symptoms, and the ones they did list are still incorrect. I had to call my GI doctor due to the lack of care and had to go to a different ER. Due to the incompetence of these nurses and doctors I found out from the second ER I did infact have an infection. Took my father to ER due to stomach issues. He was admitted to follow up with a colonoscopy. I myself have a disease that i have to be seen regularly by gastrointestinal doctors and they are or were at this facility so I felt my father was in good hands. Colonoscopy was done the morning, my mother and brother were told everything seemed to be ok i got there read the report and it showed that he had a complete blockage. My mother has been experiencing debilitating and extreme pain for a few days. I told her to come to women's and I wish I would have told her to go somewhere else. Doctor Peter Peloquin completely dismissed her pain saying she "had the same pains as his sister" and placing her symptoms as the same as my mother's without any actual evaluation. Dr. L Rivera was my doctor on December 24 of this year at the ER in the middle of the night I was so sick and helpless and this doctor made me feel better Quickly The nurse was excellent he definitely was and knew exactly what to do and they had no problem testing me for COVID-19 by putting the swab way up my nose because that’s how you get the best resultsI have a problem everywhere else when they don’t do that it’s always negative but when the doctors do it right and put the swab up in your nose, the results came out just ... read more
