The part I waited longest for was an appointment with NP Sarah Pack. She is extraordinary and compassionate. Within a week and a half, the Sleep Center set up appointments for my husband and myself on the same night. 3 hours after we left the facility, I received my written report. rying to get a sleep study consult with the doctor went great, she heard everything that was going she even prescribed new medication. However, I need a pre-authorization, and I am still waiting on that. Now I'm trying to find out what the cost of the sleep study would be and all I get is a run around. They don't have the price I need to go through insurance. Insurance says I need to get information from the hospital. Just like all the other reviews it is nearly impossible to talk to someone. On the off chance someone answers they don’t let you get two words in before transferring you immediately to someone else. It’s horrible and prevents patients from getting necessary help.
Omg! This is the worst place went in for a sleep study and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was like a motel 6. Left without my sleep study. Will find somewhere else to go. It was disgusting!
Horrible care. Go somewhere else.
