Just like all the other reviews it is nearly impossible to talk to someone. On the off chance someone answers they don’t let you get two words in before transferring you immediately to someone else. It’s horrible and prevents patients from getting necessary help.
Omg! This is the worst place went in for a sleep study and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was like a motel 6. Left without my sleep study. Will find somewhere else to go. It was disgusting!

Like every other Lovelace provider recently, the care from doctors , nurses and staff here is wonderful.On the other hand, the communication with Lovelace offices, including this one , is horrid. I have an important question to ask about my CPAP (and it's something the CPAP company itself cannot act on without dr. approval) and getting through to this office by phone or even mychart, is not just difficult, but closer to impossible. My initial consultation was rescheduled 3 times, but I was finally able to see a provider. I had my sleep study performed a few weeks later, the staff was great during the procedure. Now it has been over a month since the sleep study and I have tried calling just about every day to schedule a follow up to get my results with no luck at contacting anyone. I have left several voicemails that have not been returned and I am unsure what to do to get my results.
