rying to get a sleep study consult with the doctor went great, she heard everything that was going she even prescribed new medication. However, I need a pre-authorization, and I am still waiting on that. Now I'm trying to find out what the cost of the sleep study would be and all I get is a run around. They don't have the price I need to go through insurance. Insurance says I need to get information from the hospital. Just like all the other reviews it is nearly impossible to talk to someone. On the off chance someone answers they don’t let you get two words in before transferring you immediately to someone else. It’s horrible and prevents patients from getting necessary help.
Omg! This is the worst place went in for a sleep study and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was like a motel 6. Left without my sleep study. Will find somewhere else to go. It was disgusting!

Like every other Lovelace provider recently, the care from doctors , nurses and staff here is wonderful.On the other hand, the communication with Lovelace offices, including this one , is horrid. I have an important question to ask about my CPAP (and it's something the CPAP company itself cannot act on without dr. approval) and getting through to this office by phone or even mychart, is not just difficult, but closer to impossible.
