Very disappointed in this clinic. Had an initial consultation set up for three weeks and they called and canceled on the day of the appointment. Me being a quadriplegic I have to schedule rides at least 24 hours in advance. Whomever we spoke to on the phone had zero empathy for our situation. Just as they want you to request cancellations 24 hours in advance, at minimum, they need to do the same for patients.
