I've only seen the doctor given to me one time I've called a different times and had to leave messages for the doctor to call back when she doesn't this last time in December I called because I know I have bronchitis or pneumonia one of the two and the nurse responded in a text only no phone call just take over the counter Med and they always want to send people to the Urgent Care instead of getting them in to be seen but when you write things on a review or send a MyChart they sure do call back right away to let you know th... read more
My experience with Dr. Chen was great. She was friendly and listened to my concerns and I was comfortable with her. I'm not usually a fan of Doctors due to lack of care and empathy in the past. I hope she doesn't leave any time soon.
