My experience with Dr. Chen was great. She was friendly and listened to my concerns and I was comfortable with her. I'm not usually a fan of Doctors due to lack of care and empathy in the past. I hope she doesn't leave any time soon.
HORRIBLE. Incompetent staff who cannot be bothered to NOTIFY you when they cancel an appointment and then they LIE about it. Ridiculous. Dont bother with this useless facility
I meet Dr Hurtado in October 2023 for my physical. But he seem he did not care about what I asked for… he asked me does I have a “ female Dr “ I said I haven’t but I want to . And I thought he already order for me to see a Gynecologist or Pap test but he did not and then I found out I have breast cancer i has to follow up and done with all treatments 3 months ago now I just know I have HSIL. I just wish if last year I see a “ female Dr” Maybe I have LSIL or At least I and Doctors who treat cancer could know my situation so T... read more
Don't go here. The MAs are very incompetent and lack decent hygiene. D. Wright is not a doctor and does not study or learn anything about her patients. You're just a paycheck to her. I wish I could post screen shots of my conversations with her staff. I asked if 24 hrs was enough time to get my lab results in prior to my appointment and I was asked if I wanted to schedule an apt at their clinic. It's like they don't read the emails and just respond whatever. It was even worse when I had a question about my meds. They cannot ... read more
