I personally had a great experience with my provider. I’ve already scheduled my family for their checkups.
I haven’t even been here yet and the lady on the phone was rude. She was trying to talk fast and get to the point and then hung up on me when I wasn’t even finished talking. Definitely won’t be going here.
Yes the staff at the front desk work together. rude make up faults statements. They need to be separated. I would not recommend this place to anyone it's toxic at this time.
After the flood in Roswell they refused to see a patient that didn’t have her physical card at the time but could get it to them within a few hours, even though the patient had the online card. Front lady was extremely rude. Don’t know about the drs they could be great but good luck getting past the front desk!
