They really have no clue what patient care means. Need an option for negative stars
Had an appt booked with ortho 3 weeks out and they rescheduled me to 3 months out without my knowledge. I called 2 days prior to my appt to verify the location and was advised that my appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled. No email, text, phone call, or my chart notification. Absolute horse shit.
I rated my stay over all as horrible Mayer visit was great they attended to my every need rather quickly and did wonderful the staff was great I moved to 9 floor they did really good we’re amazing very helpful I transfer to 5 floor was ignored after I got there never met the charge nurse he never came in my tech was always rushed when they did come in the call light would be on no one responded or it took forever the nurse was amazing the last day I was there I only saw my nurse when I got meds or a tray I had no control of ... read more
We saw Dr. Karen Sopko in Cardiology. Dr. Sopko was extremely patronizing and disrespectful throughout our visit. She was dismissive and often rude, and did not even consider our health concerns before dismissing us with no help whatsoever. She also minimized our concerns and generally had awful bedside manner. I would advise that no one with any serious medical issue see this doctor, as our experience was truly horrible.
Takes hours for me to get a hold of someone. I was transferred 8 times and hung up on. I use to be with Presbyterian and they had nurses that would call you back immediately.
