Dr. Rosa Maria Galvez really takes time to hear and observe me in my appointments. She is judicious about giving prescriptions and gives suggestions and referrals to try non-pharmaceutical ways to alleviate pain. Wait times are sometimes longer, but she doesn't rush patients out when they need to communicate.

Took my mother in law to see dr. Rodriguez. And I must say I was not impressed with this doctor. Shes rude, condescending, and all around unempathetic. Shes obviously just there for a paycheck and not the wellbeing of any of her patients. What kind of doctor degrades her patients for not wanting a flu shot? Not a very good one. Dr. Galvez is a caring doctor, spends time with you if you have a legitimate situation that needs attention. I really like Dr. Galvez as a primary doc. I don't like the way Loveless/Medical system is run in ABQ. The docs here never set aside enough time to see sick patients in their schedule each day. This is so wrong and annoying. If you are sick, you are out of luck and must to to the emergency room or the medical place they call Urgent Care. UC is a joke. Nothing for me is ever resolved.
