This place is horrible. I was checking in at the front desk and someone across the area started talking and I didn’t know it was for me because I was not addressed by name. I thought he was talking to someone else. My doc had just sent me over for a cardiac evaluation. This guy was an MA or something and he had an office. I waited for over 6 hours. Never got an EKG. I've recently had a need to go to the ER twice over the last two weeks due to a recent diagnosis. Both times I chose this ER. They've been wonderful. The Registrar, triage staff, the lab staff, the CT tech, the ER nurses, security, and the ER doctors both visits were professional, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
