Went in for pretty intense stomach pain. Everyone there treated me with respect even after I had a panic attack. The wait times were fine and the staff seemed knowledgeable (though obviously I'm no doctor). I appreciate how the staff treated me.

This is the worst ER please don't take a loved one there. My father was taken there twice in February 2 nights in a row Dr told him arthritis and a mild pneumonia and sent him home with three antibiotic pills he died the next morning. I miss him greatly . Go elsewhere

Worst ER on the planet. Plan for a long visit and to be left waiting on a bed in the middle of the waiting room for hours because there are “no nurses”. Bloodwork takes days and doctors are rude.

This was the worst experience i have ever had in an emergency room and I'm no stranger to doctors not taking me seriously but somehow Lovelace outdid themselves. I went in today because I'm worried I'm suffering from a mite infestation on my body I can't always see them but I feel them crawling on my skin 24/7. So as I was being triaged Dr. Loyd was there and when I mentioned the sensation of bugs on my skin he immediately told me if he can't find actual evidence of bugs that he would refer me out to a psychiatrist because i... read more
