One star because you can’t put none… they didn’t tell us what we needed, then when we got what we needed… they said we need to reschedule an appointment… because they never told us what was needed when we called prior to our appointment. I asked them specific questions about what I needed to bring because I didn’t want to go back and forth… the staff is pushy… they didn’t want to hear my grief at all… which I get… but then blamed me for everything….
