Terrible service. The guy working on my tire had a bad attitude the whole time, acting like helping me was a burden. Instead of focusing on the job, he was walking around doing other things while I was literally standing there in a hurry. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Never coming back here — if you value your time and basic customer service, go somewhere else.
Needed tires so I tried Lovejoy tire. After a month 1 went flat and without hesitation they replaced it. Happened a second time and they gave me new tire. Very friendly and helpful. Ashley took good care of my tires. Great customer service!!
Didn't even try to help me, gave me an expensive price then walked off
Long story short I'll keep this review short and simple and I will remove it after the damage to my son's car is repaired by a professional experienced Licensed collision facility. My husband tried so very hard keeping this on a professional Business level. We gave the owner of Lovejoy tire the opportunity to take the car somewhere of his choice to have collision damage fixed.
