I’m extremely disappointed with LoveJoy Hormone Clinic. They abruptly closed their Payson location with little notice and were less than accommodating when it came to rescheduling appointments. A $30 “travel discount” is hardly enough to make up for the inconvenience of now having to drive all the way to Phoenix for continued treatment. On top of that, the clinic has been unsympathetic and dismissive regarding side effects of hormone therapy. Paula Nelson is wonderful and knowledgeable in her field. As a experienced patient with hormone replacement from another source I will say that Lovejoy Hormone Clinic is hands down the best! Without going into a lot of personal detail I will say that Paula knew exactly what was going on with me and was able to give me sound advice and suggestions that actually help me greatly. Good morning, this is Randi and I wanted to let you know what a fabulous night I had. I had no hot flashes that was the first time in 15 years plus and I slept through the night without having to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen PM or some other sleep medicine! I have absolutely no discomfort from where the pellets were placed. I wouldn't even know that they are there! I used the ice for the first couple of hours but truly I didn't really need to. If you’re in your 40s and just feeling off. I highly recommend you come and see Paula. She was able to balance my hormones and I feel great. No more hot flashes, energy and just over all health has improved . This was a complete game changer for me and I’m entirely grateful for everything they have done!
The staff is so nice. They take time with you. They don’t hurry you up. It’s a very friendly office.
