Some of these reviews strike me as odd. Either someone 's is dating someone who works here or they are being paid a few dollars to make up stuff or whatever the case is. Some of the stuff that is being said doesn't make any sense for one thing. While admittedly this office appears to be understaffed for its caseload, the care I get here is unmatched. I'm sure the in house phlebotomy lab, attached dentist office, and chair lift for those in wheelchairs make a big difference in an area where quality healthcare is scare. Diana Dearden is an amazing PCP, her medical assistant Rachel is so understanding and empathetic, and the front desk staff are always incredibly friendly and disarming. I have been a patient at Love Joy for 33 years. I am 33 years old lol. Do not listen to these bad reviews, the people that work here are absolutely amazing. They are 100% there to help. My current provider Nikki is intelligent, and not pushy. She helped me though lymes and was there everytime I needed her. My provider befor was Dr. West, he delivered me and was my doctor for 28 years and never let me down. Do not hesitate to switch to Love Joy Health Center. It's a small place with a big heart. I started going to Lovejoy because I followed my primary care from Newport the ladies in the office are all very kind and professional and following Michelle to Lovejoy was worth it she is very thorough trying to figure out what the cause of health conditions are and for her I am thankful that she listens to her patients and put the time in to research and try to figure out root causes this means so much as I have never had anyone really listen I 1000% would follow her anywhere if I call to ask questions they always return c... read more
