DO NOT go to this lawyer. They sent an inexperienced notary to my dying aunts bedside and screwed up on the document that needed to be signed. They had told me everything was fine and done, then called me the next morning and said we would have to try to get her to sign again. It was too late- she was comatose by then. Also came to find out from other lawyers and notaries that she would not have even needed to sign- she could have made an X and that would have sufficed. Gari is absolutely amazing! As long as your not the opposing party she did what she told me she was going to, she treated me well and knew the law better than the other 2 higher rated attorneys I have hired in the past. I would never hire someone different, I know I can trust her and she will get the job done. She's seriously THE BEST!
Will talk badly about your kids in court. Laugh and mock any witness on the stand that's not her own. Very unprofessional! Doesn't even inform her clients of proceeding. If you want your lawyer to act like a toddler at Walmart during your proceedings. . . Gari is your best bet.
