Called to inquire in regards to dermatology for my daughter. The answers were short and not exactly in the friendliest tone. Would not consider it customer service oriented. These type of establishments are service based - serving a community. A doctor and its staff provide services - without patients they don’t function - therefore those things are important. I would have inquired more about the rest of their services but given the abrupt nature on the other end I felt no need.
Great experience! Shauna is knowledgeable and takes excellent care of me at every appointment! I’d wholeheartedly recommend it!
The receptionists, nurse and the doc herself are all communicative, kind and professional.
