Really smooth process. Very patient and involved asthetician who explained the problem in detail and recommended treatment. Gave us time to process the information. Didn't push expensive treatments. Loved her approach of starting small and going from there.
Dr Love Grove and her nurse are so caring and knowledgeable. Explain everything as they go and work so well together. Office is very clean and organized. Front desk staff very friendly and polite.
The doctors were excellent, very professional and helpful and they knew what they were talking about with regards to my condition. However, I did notice that the receptionist to saw me was she was OK, but she wasn’t as pleasant as maybe I would expect someone in that role.
